The fourth edition of the "Knowledge Invasion" provides training for Koelner Poland traders

In November a series of training sessions took place for Koelner Poland employees as part of the "Knowledge Invasion" educational project. Sessions in Łysomice and Chorzow concentrated on new products for distribution as part of the Koelner Poland offer.

"Knowledge Invasion" is a specially designed training project aimed at transferring knowledge about Rawlplug products to regional sales forces. Its distinguishing feature is a lecture-workshop format, where participants can assimilate new information during talks from experts and practical exercises. The fourth edition of "Knowledge Invasion" was attended by 114 members of the Koelner Poland sales forces – representing our distribution companies in Poland.

Intense training and an innovative approach
The November sessions focused on the new range of products in the Koelner Poland offer and improving employees’ knowledge of them. Nine training sessions took place, during which the following issues were discussed:

  • Rawlplug - new products, direct fastening systems, accessories, silicones, adhesives, passive fire protection system
  • Globe – new products in their collection
  • Michelin washers - a new novelty in their offer
  • DeWalt, Black & Decker, Stanley - new products


An innovation in this edition of “Knowledge Invasion” was the use of the e-Academy application for tablets to instantly test the knowledge of participants. Using this application the system automatically verifies the accuracy of responses, enabling trainers and management to quickly determine the level of understanding achieved by those taking part in the lectures and workshops. Following the tests, three participants were commended for achieving the best results.
