Holidays by the sea with Rawlplug
The last day of summer vacation time brought to an end the holidays organized by Rawlplug for workers and their families. The summer breaks took place in Bobolin and Pogorzelica, both located in beautiful countryside on the coast of the Baltic Sea.
This year Rawlplug’s holiday trips enabled almost 300 people – amongst them our employees, families and children – to stay on the coast. The holidays were divided into two separate events: a family trip to the lovely village of Bobolin, and summer camps for children and young people in Pogorzelica. Perfect weather and the professional organization of events meant all participants could spend some unforgettable moments at the Polish seaside – actively resting or relaxing on the beach.
Rawlplug has been involved in organizing these holidays for a number of years thanks to the founding and continued success of our Social Fund (ZFŚS). We make a great effort to provide our employees with a unique opportunity to relax with their loved ones, and also the chance to establish relationships with co-workers, which can often be difficult to do during our busy working days.
Family holidays in Bobolin
While organizing holidays for our employees and their families we put special emphasis on comfort, and try to offer a diverse and interesting holiday experience. Therefore, we chose a place that has a range of leisure activities – sports, trips to the beach, and entertainment for children. In addition, we offered participants the chance to take one of the optional tours – a cruise on the Baltic Sea or access to the water park in Darłowo. Our stay by the sea in Bobolin was spent in a relaxing and wonderfully friendly atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed spending time together and getting to know each other during the evening barbecues or while playing on the beach.
Pogorzelica trips for children
Thanks to support from Rawlplug’s Social Fund we were also able to organize two free trips for our employees’ children. In July and August, more than 70 young people spent time with us in Pogorzelica, at a lovely resort located in a pine forest and only 300 metres from the sea. There were a lot of facilities for the children to take advantage of, including a playground, sports fields and a climbing wall. We also arranged additional tours away from the resort which allowed everyone the chance to enjoy the beauty of the Polish coast. The campers especially liked Pogorzelica, and they returned home not only with seaside souvenirs but also with new friendships.
